Tina Krist is a seasoned licensed real estate agent since 2000. Tina calls Howard Hanna-Coach Realtors’ West Sayville office her home base and enjoys her work as an agent because it allows her to use her education, experience, and expertise to assist people as they live into their real estate dreams.

Education – Tina has been motivated academically even after earning a Regents Diploma from West Babylon Senior High School. She continued to SUNY Farmingdale and Hunter Business School but has also earned certifications and licenses geared towards improving her service. More recently, Tina enjoys specialized designation training, learning groundbreaking negotiating techniques, and utilizing state-of-the-art internet tools, including building a strong social media presence.

Experience – In the decades that she has been helping clients and customers purchase and sell homes, Tina has seen and done it all. Having worked on short sales to numerous multi-million transactions, as well as successfully assisting first-time homebuyers, up-sizers, down-sizers, empty-nesters, and investors, there are very few situations Tina hasn’t been involved in and deftly handled.

She possesses a unique ability to assess property value and is well-versed in building codes and zoning regulations.
